What is the difference between HDPE and PP plastic pallets?
HDPE pallets provide better low-temperature and outdoor performance, while PP offers excellent rigidity and dimensional stability.
Are your plastic pallets suitable for racking systems and ASRS?
Yes. We provide rackable plastic pallets and ASRS-compatible pallets with reinforced structures, optional steel bars, and high dimensional accuracy.
Can plastic pallets be used for export shipping?
Yes. Plastic pallets do not require fumigation, meet export requirements, and are accepted worldwide.
What pallet sizes do you offer?
Common sizes include 1200 × 1000 mm, 1200 × 800 mm, and 1100 × 1100 mm. Custom sizes are also available.
Can you customize plastic pallets with logos or colors?
Yes. We support custom colors, logo engraving or printing, anti-slip surfaces, RFID chip slots, and other application-specific options.
Are plastic pallets recyclable?
Yes. Our plastic pallets are 100% recyclable and support sustainable packaging operations.
What is a PP hollow sheet?
A PP hollow sheet is a lightweight, waterproof, and durable plastic sheet used in packaging, protection, signage, and industrial applications.
What thickness and GSM do PP hollow sheets come in?
We offer thicknesses from 2 mm to 12 mm and GSM from 300 to 3000 g/m².
Can PP hollow sheets be customized?
Yes. We support custom size, thickness, color, screen or UV printing, die cutting, and box forming.
What is your MOQ?
Standard products support a low MOQ. Custom product MOQ depends on size, mold, and material.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Standard samples can be supplied with freight collected. Customized samples may require a sample fee.
What is your production lead time?
Standard products normally require 7–15 days. Customized products normally require 15–25 days.
